The Role:

  • Identifying new Homeowner Sales Opportunities (Deals) through:

Answering the phone

Following up samples

Identification through the managing of the ‘Enquires’ Inbox

  • Manage a section of the Homeowner sales pipeline with a view to securing the deals through:

Following up Material Lists

Advising the customers as to Approved Installers and Dealers

Technical support - calls to be transferred to Tech Sales when required

General support to customers wherever required – become a Trusted Advisor

  • Gathering and documenting key project information is essential for both of the above to be effective

  • A polite, professional, and persistent telephone manner.
  • A proven track record in achieving targets and delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Experience with CRM systems and the ability to adapt to change.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and planning skills.
