Our Interview Process

Wherever possible, we will always conduct a competency based face to face interview either at a location agreed with the candidate or on a clients site.

We also partner with a cloud based platform that offers our clients the tools to set up questions along with job information and invite candidates to a video interview.  Candidates complete their video interview using their laptop or mobile device in their own time. The completed videos are then delivered to you to review, rank, comment and short list each candidate.

Our candidates will always be fully briefed on the company, position and any other specific information prior to assignment or interview. We make a point of always asking for feedback as we believe open lines of communication are key to developing a long term business relationship.
