What attracted you to the Industry?

In all honesty, I fell into recruitment as most people do. I soon realised what an amazing opportunity I had to make a difference to people’s lives including my own.

A roller coaster of a ride however the best is still yet to come.

What are the biggest changes you have seen in recruitment?

Technology and Legislation, both of which have had and continue to have a positive effect on the Recruitment Industry.

What has been your greatest achievement so far in your career?

There have been many however the standout one has to be launching Glue Resourcing on the back of several clients who trust me to deliver oustanding talent to their business.

Greatest influence on your career?

|
My wife and my son who believe in me and inspire me to be a better person.

What is the best advice you would give to an aspiring recruitment consultant?

|
Always be honest, never compromise, never over commit, believe in yourself and stay strong.
